The Coffeehouse

All in all, the event was extremely successful. A lot of people showed up and we were able to raffle off two IPod shuffles, which was very cool. There were some technical issues and the acoustics in the caf leave something to be desired, but it was a lot of fun and I think that for the most part people had a good time. It meant a lot that friends came together to make this thing happen; the boys showed up early and helped move tables and chairs, Jen and Angela manned the door scanning ID's and passing out tickets, Josh got me about eight Diet Cokes during the course of the evening, and Evan and Foster did an amazing set. I really couldn't ask to be surrounded by better people. I didn't end up leaving school til around 12:40, which was later than anticipated, but very Rock 'n' Roll.
